“Underwhelming. The two very fast chargers have been offline for a couple months now. Maybe waiting for parts? Of the four online chargers, Hippolyta never works for my car. You might get it to work. The other stations occasionally stop charging in the middle of the session, so I can't leave my vehicle. “All of the screens are broken at the station. I went to four of them. They don’t display information when you’re charging. There’s trash all over the floor. The charging units are filthy. They have business cards and advertisements taped to them. No one’s looking after the stations. I swipe my card and they put a hold on my debit card without telling me. I called support. They provided no information to how much I was charged on the screen at the charging station and the rep on the phone couldn’t tell me what they charged me. They said it’s 3 to 5 business days till I get back my money that that’s what they do is they put a hold on the card. They never told me they were gonna do this. And the lady on the phone has no information about what I was charged or could help me in anyway. “I'm glad they added "350kw" chargers here, but my session topped at around 150, and 100 the next day, during simultaneous charging, even though my car can charge at 240 or so.
