“I've charged here a handful of times and it has never been full, and only one time was there even another car there. I get relatively fast charging speeds, usually going from ~10% to 90% in under 30 min. The off-peak charging rates are discounted, and less than other DC fast charging (non-Tesla) in the area. My credit card is authorized for $55 at the start of each charging session, and the final charge is usually settled fairly quickly after charging completes, releasing the overage being held. You can tap your credit card or pay with your phone (no card swiper), or you can start your charging in the Rivian App. I've found the Rivian App to be spotty and hit or miss - I could be at the charging station and the app won't display that station, and there's no readily apparent way to mark a station as a favorite so you don't lose it. The area is safe at night, and there is a Sheetz very close, as well as Discount Drug Mart, and a whole shopping center that includes a Walmart that's easily in walking distance.” — Chip Bradford, 4 months ago

“This Strongsville site has six DC super chargers and it works as expected with some minor glitches and you have a high chance of getting a spot. On 7/8/25 The docking port at 1C was loose(adding picture) Please fix it.
