“This station took $60 from me for trying to connect twice which failed on connectors 1 and 2. I called the 866 number on the screen and was connected to a clueless representative in the Phillipines that named another company.She told me she could not refund me because that wasn't her department but the refund department could. However, she had no way of connecting with them. I am so very disappointed. I met Ken the other day whose was very nice and said Tesla chargers would be added soon. “You have to jump through a lot of hoops, and seemingly need to install an app and create an account, to get power. Can't just plug it in and pay with a credit card. So if you are a first time user or a first time electric car user, you may be surprised and it may take some time in the hot Texas heat to set it up. Once all that is done, charges fine, so that is good. UI is confusing at first. What is 'C1' what is 'C2'? Oh, those are the left and right charge ports. Why do they sound so similar to all the other C's gibberish on the screen? It takes a minute for it to click, but it seems needlessly complicated; seems simpler to model it after a gas station pump, or otherwise indicate left or right, not some c1/c2. Likely done this way to save cost, as each station can be its own thing, so don't need to serially number from 1-x stations, but something simpler like an arrow left/right/etc would be better” — Dane Jung, 3 months ago
