What drivers have written
“For some reason my 2024 F150 flash will not charge higher than 74kW so not ultra fast for me. Aside from that it works and the app is easy to use, especially considering I forgot my wallet but was able to pay with saved info.” — Mark Weldon, a year ago
“Well, if I ever needed a reason to never go back to the dealership, I got mine they finally fixed their chargers unlike most dealers they now charge people to use it, which is fine as it’s their choice machine shows it would be .43 per kWh not the best, but not the worst that I’ve see. I charge from 70% to 95% at the end I noticed that they also charge an additional $.65 per kWh As an energy usage fee on top of the charging fee so that small little charging session ended up costing over $159. Not to mention, it’s not a super fast charger at 180 kWh like advertised it maxes out at 74 kWh. The fact that they sneak in that additional charge the way they do unlike every other charging station I’ve been to is just plain highway robbery at that point. If they’re that shady with just trying to charge your car. I can only imagine buying one from them.” — michael murphy, 10 months ago
“If you have the option to use these chargers, I recommend avoiding them. Each attempt places a $10 hold on your card. I couldn’t get the charger to work, and after several tries I ended up with $40 in pending charges and wasted 30 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to figure it out. I’m now hoping those holds are released so I don’t have to spend even more time calling to get my money back.” — Victoria Perez, 8 months ago
