“Plugged in cable 2 first as directed and tapped my Blink Card when prompted after it said my car was detected. Although it said it was starting my charging session, in two minutes it never gave any power so I cancelled it and tried again on cable 1. That worked without issue giving me 10.1 kW. In the Blink app it shows I was connected to cable 2 for a minute but didn't get any power and wasn't billed anything.
