During the day it’s frequently occupied, so overnight charging might be your best bet, just check your charging ETA so you don’t incur idle fees ($3.50 per hour starts 30 min after finished charging.) Charged at 25 mi/hr for a 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance. Dropped the car off around 9:45pm with about 25% battery, charged to 96% and finished around 5:45am.
