“I needed to charge had some issues with charging with every attempt (unknown to me) I was being charged a hold fee of $75 dollar. To put this into perspective I had 3 unsuccessful attempts at charging and received ( 3) $75 charges. Once I left I checked my account and noticed the multiple charges. I do not recommend this charger as you'll be charged unexpected holding fees that are not necessary. “Arrived at 8:30 pm, started my session with ease on the ChargePoint app, and got 57kW. Not extremely fast for my '24 EV6, but for only 30 cents per kWh without an activation fee, fast enough. There are also two dual port ChargePoint Level 2 chargers next to the fast charger, but they aren't in the ChargePoint app, so you'll need to tap or call to activate them.
