“ChargePoint, in general, have terrible machines (they are difficult to use to navigate the screens, try to figure out how to charge as a brand new user is difficult, etc.) where you *eventually* learn (not obvious from using the machines) that you should probably download their mobile app. The sadness and frustration continues when using the app, trying to create an account, adding a payment option, there's no live updates on the app on the progress of your charge, trying a stop an active charge, etc., it's like the app was built by people who truly don't care about it as the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) is one of the worst apps I've ever used.
