“Super disappointed! The actual charging tether was like 12"only after it released; not sure how anyone can get close enough to brick wall to charge even. The parking lot was not plowed well at all so I couldn't even get close enough to plug in. Then even if I could have dug out myself and gotten close enough, neither one would start a session. Just busted and fussy. Sad since it looked accessible and had a good review from someone local. Annoying since this was my first road trip try. Planned ahead and still got punked from 1.5hr away. Panicked, feeling stranded. Also obnoxious to have to download the millionth charging port app of my life. Sign was buried. Had to climb through snow and unbury the sign to even snap the QR code.
