What drivers have written

“As others said, this station shows fast charger but the max I got out was 60 kWh. It’s located in a very small town in a hyvee (famous grocery store in Midwest) parking lot. The store had restrooms so it worked out for us but it’s a bit of a detour from I-29. One other thing for non-Tesla cars if you’re going north, There are very few super fast charging stations in Omaha (0 Tesla Superchargers) so this might be the best option if you’re going north. Make sure to download Francis energy app and check the status of the charger (online or offline). There are 3 chargers there but only 1 was online when we went.” — VIPAL PARIKH, 3 months ago

“I drove 10 miles off the highway to reach this charging station, as it was the only one in the area, hoping it would be a reliable option. The station is advertised as a CCS 120kW charger, but to my surprise, it barely delivered 50kW. I initially thought it was an issue with one stall, so I switched to another, but it was the same disappointing result. To make matters worse, the station is located in a sketchy, remote town, and I felt unsafe waiting there at night. I stayed for over 35 minutes just to get enough charge to reach the next station, but couldn’t even relax or take a nap because of a guy wandering around, which added to my discomfort. Adding insult to injury, I was charged $20 for the first short session, then an additional $35 for the next. This place is a letdown on multiple levels, from safety concerns to underperforming chargers and excessive fees. If you're traveling, I recommend avoiding this spot.” — David Palma, a year ago

“All were offline, NOT A RELIABLE SOURCE.” — Abbie Hayes, a year ago
