What drivers have written

“Stations are located in the general area where the GPS takes you but not exactly. Must keep driving a little farther down and they’ll be located in a parking lot on your right. Near some white and brick buildings. The station on the right is Chademo only. No CCS capability. Station on the left worked just fine but of course you need the EV Connect app. No tap to pay feature.” — Natalie Lafella, 9 months ago

“Location: terrible, isolated, feel like you’re gonna be murdered in one of the abandoned buildings next door. Price: the most expensive fast charger I’ve seen (65 cents a kWh). Probably because it’s a Duke energy charger and they want all our money. Reliability: only 1 charger works - other screen is blacked out. Overall I’m just very confused by the selection of this location and the pricing. The one charger did work for me and delivered about 75kw speed which is fine for my car so I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1.” — Kyle Smith, 5 months ago

“This station advertises 350kW for CCS charging. However, when you charge it only outputs 83 kW of charge. My onboard charger for my vehicle is rated and consistently charges at 120kW at other charge stations. This is extremely misleading and very inconvenient when a quick charge is needed. DO NOT ADVERTISE AS A FAST (LEVEL 3) CHARGER.” — Justin Boger, 7 months ago
