“The installation is incredibly convenient: 125kW shared between two combo CSS/ChaDeMo charging stations and a windshield washer pump right next to it. The only problem is the lack of a manual button for an emergency charging stop, no stop button in the Flo or ChargePoint app, and the touchscreen interface on the station is non-functional. I was stuck for 20 meters while I contacted ChargePoint to stop and unlock the charger... So, the lesson learned is to use the ChargePoint app; otherwise, it's impossible to stop charging.” — Robert Hamon, 6 years ago

“ChargePoint charger - Touchscreen unresponsive. Charger #02 didn't start, so I used charger #01. I couldn't stop the charger and was stuck there for over 45 minutes, paying way too much for nothing because the charge is per minute and not per kWh. No phone number displayed on the machine, and the help button was unresponsive. I finally found their phone number on their website using my phone number to call, but they hung up on me because "no one is available to take your call"...!!! What kind of service is that! ---- ChargePoint charger - The touchscreen is unresponsive. Charger #02 wouldn't start, so I used charger #01, but I couldn't stop the charging! I was stuck with the charger for over 45 minutes and paid way too much for nothing since they charge by the minute and not by the kWh. No phone number displayed on the charger, and the help button is unresponsive too. I finally found their phone number on their website using my cell phone, only to have them hang up on me with the message "no one available to answer my call." ?!!! Service = absolute zero.
