“Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Management at EV Charging Station I had a very bad experience at your EV charging station today. When I arrived, both charging points were already occupied and there was no dedicated parking management or staff in charge. The customers who had connected their vehicles left them unattended and went inside the mall. After my wait, one vehicle's charging stopped automatically at around 98%. Instead of moving the vehicle to allow others to charge, the customer returned and reconnected the charger just to reach 100%, causing unnecessary delays for everyone waiting. This shows a lack of supervision and poor queue management at the charging station. I request you to: - Deploy staff or an attendant to manage the charging station. - Ensure that vehicles are moved immediately after charging is complete or reaches a reasonable level. - Introduce clear rules to prevent misuse of charging bays and reduce waiting time.
