“I had a very pleasant experience at this EV charging station. The charging facilities are fast, reliable, and well-maintained. The entire area is clean, spacious, and provides a comfortable environment to relax while your vehicle charges. Since the station is relatively new, I initially had some difficulty understanding the charging process and was a bit confused about the steps. Fortunately, the owner had thoughtfully displayed his contact number for assistance. I reached out to Mr. Satheesh, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in guiding me through the charging process. He also mentioned that the station had only been operating for a few weeks, which makes the quality of service even more impressive. The combination of excellent charging infrastructure, a peaceful atmosphere, and outstanding customer support made this a great experience. “Useless charging station. Does not work properly. The machine doesn't realise that the gun has been plugged in and status remains available even after plugging in the gun, which in turn cannot initiate the charging. Wasted 30min talking to customer care. Where they kept asking you to wait and repeat the whole plug in process over and over.
