“I saw a review posted here by Mr. Justin Mathew. He said he did not get customer care support and that the owner was abroad. I am just wondering if he is using an EV for the first time. The station is run by ChargeMode, and the 24×7 customer care number is displayed on both machines. I don’t want to explain much about ChargeMode customer care; they are very efficient. Even older people can do the charging—just plug in the gun and call them, and they will initiate the charging remotely. I am also wondering why there is a need to bother about the owner and where he is staying. The owner has nothing to do with the daily operation and customer care support. Secondly, it has three parking slots: a 90 kW charger with two slots, and another slot for a 30 kW charger. It also has a resting area with a fan and water facility, and there are many amenities nearby. It is located in the heart of the city with easy access.” — Rajkumar Siva, 6 months ago
“Stopped here today and was very impressed with the setup. They have both 60 kW and 30 kW fast chargers, and the layout allows 3 cars to charge simultaneously, which is a huge plus. The location is very convenient, situated right next to the FirstCry shop. If you need to kill some time while charging, there are bakeries and eateries immediately available for a quick snack or coffee.
