“The charger at Midway Retreat showed as "Available" on the app, but it failed to charge the vehicle. After connecting the charging gun, the charging session would not start. The charging gun appeared to have connection issues and the charger itself was not responding properly. This was a frustrating experience and caused unnecessary delay during the trip.
