“Did two successful charges on 19.04.2024 & 21.04.2024. Price: Rs. 21/ unit + Tax Pros: I was able to book the slot on the app well before. On the first time, I booked a slot around 7 PM in the evening for Gun”A”.. I reached there around 7.02 PM someone had parked the car with car plugged in gun “A”. With charging suspended. Apparently they have plugged in & went out and perhaps thought that they shall return after some time, but since I booked slot, their car actually got cut off by 7 PM. I had to call the customer care and request to call the relevant customer and ask them to take the vehicle. So I had to wait around 10 minutes. Since I had to charge my car around 70%, the total time was about 45 minutes, I’m sure I could go out, get some work done and come back. By the time I came, some other car was exactly waiting to be charged. Tip: whenever you go out, make sure you come back at the right time. On the next day, I booked a slot for early morning and no one was there at that time. However I noticed in the other gun, there was another normal vehicle (not an EV) parked.. this is a kind information to the company and not allow any other vehicle other than EV to park in the charging slots.” — SANDHEEP KUMAR V B, 2 years ago
