“Very worst experience at this BPCL petrol bunk located on the way from Sri Kalahasti to Tirupati. I clearly told the staff to fill petrol for ₹2,500, but he stopped at ₹500. I also specifically asked him to lock the meter near the filler and fill properly, but he kept holding the nozzle by hand in a suspicious manner. Later I realized that the petrol filled was nowhere close to the amount charged. It felt like hardly ₹100 worth of petrol was filled, yet ₹500 was billed. When questioned, he casually said he “overheard” the amount and blamed confusion due to another employee next to hims, even though he had clearly heard me correctly. This kind of tactic seems very intentional and dishonest. When I asked for his name, he refused to share it. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy behavior. Please be very careful if you visit this outlet. Double-check the meter and stay alert. I would strongly advise others to avoid this center and stay cautious.” — Rakesh S, 6 months ago
