“The physical chargers say they are MetroEV but you have to use the ChargeLab app. Cell signal is very weak so it is difficult to get the app to work. When I finally got a charger to work it was charging at 1.3kW and the stated cost was $2.10 per hr. At that rate it would be way more expensive than gasoline, so I disconnected. I’ve submitted a support ticket, heard nothing back yet. Edit: If the system is charging at a lower power, the cost rate is dropped, although the customer is not informed about this. I plugged the car back in and it took 11 hours to charge my plug-in hybrid, and I was charged $4.40 for 14kWh.
