“Great charger that is fast and reliable, just off the highway with lots of things to do around it. The only problem I have with this charger is that it’s often busy either just getting into the parking lot or there’s a wait for stalls, especially on holidays when the mall is the only thing open. It’s awful on these days and I have on multiple occasions driven off due to the amount of traffic just trying to reach the chargers. Drivers do often charge higher than 80% due to it having so much around it, which can be slow and frustrating when you’re just trying to get back on the road.” — Joel Desjardins, a year ago

“Arrived to find two vehicles parked and not plugged in. Called to report and was informed there is no process in place to manage illegal parking. Waited for driver to finally arrive. We asked why he would park there and not be charging. He said he had been charging before. So, he deliberately disconnected and was blocking the use of the charger for others. There need to be significant penalties for this type of behaviour. “I've been charging here monthly for the last 12 months. Of the 4 chargers, 1 is almost always out of order. I've never got more than 70 kW on the advertised 150 kW charging speed (average 40-50 kW).
