“Good location. Good for out of town visitors to the Eaton Centre on the weekend. A little more power would be nice, say 17kW. It would also be nice to provide WiFi access with a sign for Rogers customers since the chargers are down at the 3rd level underground parking where mobile data cover not good for Roger's customers. I have a Bell Mobility plan so I shared mobile hotspot so my neighbour could start a charge. This is Impark lot #235. You are better to navigate to the Flo Station map marker than to the Impark lot as the entrance to the underground parking is at the northern edge of the property. Washrooms in Eaton Centre are up the escalator when walking in at the Trinity Church entrance which is the entrance nearest the parking garage North elevator. Weekend parking fee is $5 for 4 hours and is paid in addition to the Flo charging fee.” — Oliver Wilcock, 3 years ago

“The big problem here is the lack of phone antennas and even internet to activate the charging devices. Finally, with great difficulty, we were able to find a solution to charge the car. If you are the manager here or a Flo employee, it would be good to address this problem. If you are confused like us about how you have to activate the Flo device without internet and without a phone, the only thing we could think of is to take a picture of the Flo number when we came out of the parking lot.
