“If you haven’t been it’s in the parking garage first floor. Also, no trash cans always trash when you arrive you name it even dirty diapers on the ground. There is no wait time during the early morning and late evenings. During the day or afternoon good luck finding one. Always check to see which stall is working before you arrive a few times there were some that did not work. Wifi is often weak if there are to many people and depending on what spot you are in.
