What drivers have written
“Avoid relying on this station if at all possible. This charging station is a nightmare. It seldom works, I drive from Fairbanks to Anchorage and have no choice but to rely on it and have had to be towed away from here because the charging stations usually just don't work. I don't know if EV Gateway works somewhere else, but the ones in Healy never work and this one never works. The technical support for the company is ===Avoid relying on it if at all possible.===” — Kirby Hobley, 10 months ago
“The charging here was an absolute nightmare. There are card ports for taking your credit card or debit card and it does nothing. It does not work. It forces you to download the app and then every time you plug in your car. It acts like it wants to charge but then it resets every single time. We were on call with technical support for over 45 minutes and they couldn't figure it out and there was a guy next to me having the exact same issue at a separate charging port. Avoid this or charge before you get to this point because it is absolutely horrible as of the writing of this review.” — CJ, 2 years ago
