“Tesla needs to service this Supercharger location immediately. The four stalls on the north side consistently perform far worse than the stalls on the south side, and this has been an ongoing issue. What’s even more concerning is that during my last two charging sessions (6/20 and 6/22), the station was nearly empty, yet I was only getting 34 kW and 53 kW charging speeds. Those numbers are completely unacceptable for a Tesla Supercharger. There is no reason drivers should be sitting at an almost empty station and receiving charging rates that slow. At those speeds, you’re turning what should be a quick stop into a frustrating and unnecessary delay. If Tesla intends to represent itself as the leader in EV charging infrastructure, this location is falling well below the standard. The performance here is poor, inconsistent, and clearly in need of maintenance. My recommendation: skip this Supercharger entirely. Drive to Logan or Farr West instead. “10-25 Excellent supercharging. Easy to find. The chargers are in the parking lot for the Hampton Inn. There are clean bathrooms inside and a place to buy coffee, tea or snacks at the reception area. Overall, just fine. It’s not a very attractive area outside. Pretty desolate from a walking around perspective. Recommended for everything except for walking” — Cat K, 10 months ago

“The chargers are at half capacity and only charging 42kw, with quite a bit of fluctuation. This destination is unfortunate because it is conveniently located, but the time it takes to get any sort of a meaningful charge it’s just not worth it. Somebody needs to service these and increase them to be actual supercharger speeds as well as add more do to this being a high traffic area. We’ve been here where it’s a bit busier and the multiple cars really dramatically fluctuates how fast it charges in an excessive way. Great location, we also like what the gas station is doing nearby, but this station is not worth it right now. It needs to be fixed.
