“All chargers have the message "The maximum power of this charger has been temporarily reduced in order to improve the service or perform an update." And it's NOT just these units, but more along the lines of 50% of those along the I-95 corridor seem to be in that state. Incredibly frustrating to get a fraction of the rate my car can accept. “EA is seriously dropping the ball. Took three attempts to finally charge. Charger 01 told me I didn’t have an account when I used the card reader. Then wouldn’t connect when swiping in the app. Charger 04 card reader didn’t work and the app said the station was in use so i couldn’t swipe to activate it. Had to move my car again and thankfully station 03 worked. For months the stations have been limited in speed, pulling less then 50kw. There is a message that says EA is performing an upgrade, yet zero work has been done. Where is the transparency? When will the speeds be back to normal?
