“When I first arrived I only saw the slower charging stations on the center island. I used PlugShare to find the chargers so I knew there was a fast charging station. Fortunately the parking lot was empty and I noticed another unit off by itself in the corner. The fast charging station is located in such a way that I had difficulty reaching the plug on my Nissan Leaf, which is located centered and just above the front bumper. I charged for 11 minutes. The screen said my cost was $0.26 which seemed a little low. Then I got a fraud alert from my credit card company. When I checked, ChargePoint had billed me 3 times for $10 + $75 + $75!
