Previously charging my Hyundai Ioniq 5 at EA was a crap shoot -- for whatever reason, the 350 chargers were always twice as slow as the 150s. “This station is not without its standard issues for charging. Yes, the vehicle may take a few minutes to connect. Yes, the app can be a little bit glitchy. Over all, this is one of the better charging companies. You can read other reviews about not having any working chargers or charging issues. I have never seen this site completely shut down. I also noticed the review with charging issues appear to be Tesla vehicles. I recommend that you do your research before attempting to charge away from home.
