What drivers have written

“Three out of four chargers don’t work. When you call for assistance you just get put on hold. BAU01 and BAU02 are older chargers that don’t work. BAU03 is a newer model but it says it’s down for maintenance and its touch screen is damaged and its CCS charger connector is loose and seems to need to be repaired or replaced. Only the far right charger BAU04 seems to work. $0.52 per kWh is pretty pricey for such lousy service. Tesla superchargers are faster, more user friendly and are cheaper even without a subscription. Plus these chargers make you either swipe your credit card or download their app and manually enter your credit card info.” — Matt Hatcher, a year ago

“For all intents and purposes, this location feels safe and the Chargers were not hard to find. I didn't get a chance to review each charger to see if they were in working condition but the very first one I picked out did work. I was satisfied with the use of this location and charging station” — Fernando Lopez, 10 months ago

“Stay away and don’t waste your time. 3 out of the 4 chargers down. The one charger that is up keeps not connecting saying. A server issue. Customer service doesn’t care. Insane. Legit worse chargers ever.” — Jason Allbaugh, 4 months ago
