“None of the charging stations were avaible. These are poorly maintenced and appeared to have suffered damage by vandals. While the YMCA location or property is nice, the surrounding neighborhood is severely sketchy. It looks like Frances has not been able to appropriatley repair these for several months if you take a look at the many reviews by others. One thing to note is that Francis has some really nice charging stations if they're not broken and are in an operable status.
