“They have 3 DC chargers and 1-2 Lvl two chargers. One DC was broken, and all of them are set at half the maximum speed. I had to use the level 2. The Lvl 2 was set at 5.3kwh max, when I usually get 12kwh for this type of charger. The DC was also set half speed 30kwh. “When I arrived, 1 Fast DC charger was in use, 2 were open and 2 Level 2 chargers were open. The first Fast DC charger I tried the plug wouldn't click into place so I couldn't use it. The second one I tried worked fine.” — Kevin S., 2 years ago
