“I was overcharged on this machine. Had a charge in my bank account for $29 and it has never cost this much to charge my car so I noticed. Especially because I didn't even need that much of a charge when I plugged in and remember the looking at the cost. The machine itself said 9 or $10. I contacted the company and they refunded me $21, but this totally could have went unnoticed. The charger worked find, but I am giving it one star for this reason.
