“This charging point is established inside a Regenta Central hotel, it’s not on the petrol station. I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Nathdwara, it was around 11 pm and my EV’s battery was around 19% only, so I thought of charging it here. Inspite of the fact that it says the charger is available 24/7 it is not. Looking for the charger at the petrol station I discovered that it’s actually inside a hotel near the petrol station. I entered the hotel and asked If I can charge my EV. The person at the reception had no idea what I was taking about, the only thing he seemed interested in weather I am staying in the hotel, he asked me this and I told him I am not. So I asked him, is it like that only if we are staying in the hotel then only we can use the charger, to which the person replied “I don’t know, the person who is incharge of the charging facility will now come tomorrow morning at 10AM and then you can ask him and see if you can charge” It was one of the most dumbest and careless response I have ever heard from a hospitality/Customer service representative. I got that he is least interested in helping me, so I walked out of that place. And called my cousin to pick me up. It’s a humble request to Zevpoint , to remove and relocate the charging point at a better place or somewhere around the petrol station which is accessible to anyone anytime.” — Gaurav Purohit, 3 years ago
