Called support, was on the phone with them for an hour and they couldn’t do anything. Said I have to just wait and hope that the idling charge stops on its own (they had no idea on when it would and said fees can incur the whole time). Support was no help at all, not able to escalate it and said can take 5 business days for any supervisor to call back.
