“I had an extremely disappointing experience using an Adani EV charging station. As an EV owner, I rely on public charging infrastructure during long trips, but this charger turned out to be one of the worst charging experiences I have encountered. The charger was difficult to locate, and the navigation information provided was not entirely accurate. After reaching the location, I found that the charging station was poorly maintained and lacked clear instructions for users. The biggest issue was the charging performance itself. Despite being advertised as a fast charger, the charging speed was far below expectations. The charging session frequently disconnected without warning, forcing me to restart the process multiple times. This not only wasted time but also created uncertainty about whether my vehicle would receive the required charge. The payment process was equally frustrating, with delays in transaction confirmation and a confusing user interface. Customer support did little to improve the situation. Attempts to seek assistance resulted in long waiting times, and the representatives were unable to provide immediate solutions. The station also lacked basic facilities such as seating, shelter from the weather, and proper lighting, making the waiting experience uncomfortable. Reliable charging infrastructure is essential for encouraging EV adoption, but this station failed to deliver even the basic level of service expected from a modern charging network. Adani needs to significantly improve charger maintenance, uptime, charging speeds, app functionality, and customer support.
