“I recently used a charging station that is supposed to provide Hyperfast 350KW charging, but unfortunately, the speeds were far below expectations. The charging speed was consistently between 100KW to 108KW, which is significantly lower than what is advertised. Additionally, the charging rate is $0.36 per minute instead of per KW. It almost feels like a tactic to prolong charging times and increase costs. This situation is frustrating, and I believe it requires immediate attention to ensure that customers receive the speed and service they are paying for. I contacted customer support regarding slow charging speeds at this location and I was advised to try another charger here. Unfortunately, the speeds on this charger are even low, reaching only 70 to 80KW. I was told a report would be filed, but that no assistance could be provided since I was still able to charge at lower speeds. “Wow super fast! 24% when I arrived I got to 80% in 18 mins. The station advertise up to 350.0 kW I got 193.9 kW; however I wasn’t dissatisfied at all. These are located at Mercedes welcome center, I think is the name of the area, but they are big and bright.
