What drivers have written
“Just 2 minutes off the freeway. Great rates on the weekend. I could not get station 2 to fully engage my charge port to initiate the charge session. Moved to station 1 and it worked perfect. Another driver arrived and got station 2 to work the first time. Great location. Large, beautiful park to walk or visit the Fort museum during your charge session.” — Tim Abrahamson, 2 years ago
“EV charging stations are freaking hard to find. When you stumble upon one that isn't Tesla specific or in someone's apartment complex, it takes $55 from you every time, even though it takes pennies to charge. This station, tucked away at the Clark County PUD in the absolutely adorable haven of Vancouver is a diamond in the rough. There is a delightful Fort Somewhere with a lovely park style vista. I saw a cute little Saturday market in the other direction. It is several blocks to anything at all so don't make this an emergency pit stop, but it was a nice cheap hour in a cute town. The entrance to the PUD is confusing but it led me on a very short but sweet drive through the fort where I then made an awkward left turn into the lot. I came on a Sunday while they were closed so I don't know how busy it normally is.” — Della Does, a year ago
“Next to I-5, at local PUD. Service is fast and relatively painless. At time of writing, $0.39 during weekday peak hours; $0.19 during off-peak hours on weekdays and all day on weekends. If you're new to using charging stations, keep in mind that you have to swipe your phone/card to END the session in addition to beginning the session. I tried to remove the CHAdeMO cable for a couple of minutes, unsuccessfully, till thankfully another EV motorist arrived and explained what I was doing wrong...” — George T, 2 years ago
