Their "diagnosis" is nothing more than expensive guesswork. • First Visit: They claimed it was the half shaft. I paid for the repair. It fixed absolutely nothing. The noise is still there. • Now: They are claiming it’s the hub and expect me to pay again for their mistake. They are just firing the "parts cannon" at my car at my expense. There is no liability, no refund for the misdiagnosis, and zero pride in their work. You aren't paying for expertise here; you are paying for them to guess while they hold your wallet hostage. “Absolute incompetence. Brought my Model X in for front suspension rattling. They guessed it was the half shaft -> I paid -> Issue NOT fixed. Now they are guessing it's the hub and want me to pay again. They take zero liability for their wrong opinions and offer no refunds when their "fix" doesn't work.
