“It has two EV charging guns, but only one was functional as the other was out of order. I tried charging twice, but it stopped after around two minutes each time and showed the session as completed. I then contacted customer care, and they remotely initiated the charging session, after which it worked properly. The maximum charging speed I received was around 29 kW. The location is also a bit difficult to access, as the charger is situated behind some other buildings and is not easy to spot.
