“I was charged $70 four separate times while using a FLO charging station as a guest. When I contacted customer service, I was told it would take 5–10 business days for the charges to be refunded. However, the website clearly states that the deposit should be released within 24 hours. This inconsistency is frustrating and very inconvenient. Based on my experience, I do not recommend using the guest payment option at FLO charging stations.
