“Terrible charging experience. I downloaded the app and was left standing in the cold getting very confusing messages from the app telling me that it wouldn't charge my car. I unplugged, and replugged that EXTREMELY heavy liquid filled charging cord, more than once without success. I phoned the 1-800 number on the charger and spent another 10 minutes following the over-the- phone instructions to finally get the charge going. I was so pleased that Shell is making EV charging available at their fossil fuel stations. It makes so much sense to have EV charging at the same location people are used to filling up. Smart marketing too! Shell has a captive audience for 15 minutes or so that goes inside the station to buy an assortment of items as supplementary purchases. BUT.. charging your EV should be as easy as plugging the kettle. The useless app makes this a horrible experience I don't want to repeat.” — Larry Humphreys, 9 months ago

“Location in great stalls, but the flow app is really frustrating. It takes a good 10 to 15 minutes to get it activated in sequence, time that could be used charging. Also, this time in Victoria charged me in US dollars, I am in Canada and I have credit cards on my phone and it wouldn’t access any of those I had to put in a new credit card.
