“Generally a very good addition to Greater Boston public fast charging, especially during the daytime. Lake to walk around and play area for kids, plus several food/snack options across the road. At night it's not that well lit and amenities may be closed, so plan accordingly. “Between the semi-functioning app which keeps your money, and being able to connect about 50% of the time, I would not recommend this as a fast charging location. I was vacationing for a week and this was my closest option for charging my rental. On one visit it accepted my credit card right at the charger. On another it did not. Once it accepted my debit card, once it didnt. On another visit, the chargepoint app worked. On another it did not. What it did do is keep my money and no refunds - so buyer beware. If you can get the charger to read your credit card's chip - do so. Do not use the app. I had about a 50% success rate connecting and the charging rate was inconsistent. I had no issues at other charging stations in the Woburn/Burlington area. The one benefit of using the app is you can see what chargers are available in the area. It's a nice location during the day, being lakeside and across the street from honeydew donuts and gingerbread construction company. at night it's very dark and secluded and everything in the area is closed.
