Charging speed was good, got from 20% to 80% in like 30 mins while i grabbed a coffee nearby. one machine was a little finicky but the other three worked perfect. great location too, right off the main road so it was easy to find. “I don’t know who designed or mapped the Electrify America station at 1275 Broadway Plaza, but it’s a masterclass in how not to build an EV charging site. The app says it’s “in the South Broadway Garage near Nordstrom.” Reality? You’ll circle the entire mall like a fool. There are two garages, both with zero signage, one is flat and dead empty, and the other—the one with the supposed chargers—is blocked off with barricades and zero public access. No entry, no ramps, no clear directions, nothing. Even the mall’s own maps and Electrify America’s GPS send you to dead ends. I wasted half an hour burning battery hunting for a “top level” that doesn’t exist. For a company that’s supposed to make charging convenient, this is embarrassingly bad.
