“The location is fairly easy to find, but I initially had an issue when trying to charge my car with a CCS adapter. Showed my Charger Unavailable error!! I attempted at least 5–6 times without success, so I switched to the J1772 adapter, which was too slow. I called their customer support from the same location, and they were ready to help, but I didn’t want to disturb something that was already working. After some time, I tried the CCS plug again with a different credit card, and it worked. I’m not sure why it didn’t work at first.
