“Very disappointing experience. The signs clearly state that the first 30 minutes of EV charging are complimentary, but nowhere do they explain that you must unplug and move your car every 30 minutes to avoid being charged for the entire day. Because this information was not posted, I left my car charging and was unexpectedly charged $27. When I contacted staff, I was told this was their policy, but if that’s the case, it should be clearly displayed on the signage, not explained only after customers have already been charged. The lack of clear information is misleading and resulted in an unnecessary charge. I hope the signage is updated so other customers don’t have the same experience.” — elahe nabavinia, 2 months ago

“DONT CHARGE HERE. if you leave your car and go do shopping or anything this nature, the charging will just stop after 15 mins, just enough time for you to be away from your car and start charging you idling fees that is higher than the actual charge cost. I have called them and they just don't know what happened as it did twice one me the same event. bad customer service, back equipment that does not connect well and bad parking experience because its a hustle to get the parking waiving fees. just a bad costly experience I always have there as I am quite forced to charge there sometimes and I'm have to be locked in the car while charging.” — Sandro Silva, 4 months ago
