“Novice. Inaugural use of Level 3 fixed charging station. Not free. EV must be in the "ready" status, to allow station to interface and release voltage successfully. Using a like/exact EV manufacturer to a like/identical EV manufacturer charging station is easier, safer, and somewhat cheaper, it appears. 10 min to charge at .65/min. Heavy cables. No safety information about voltage transfer in wet weather, sun beating down heat weather, or "am i grounded while connecting this high power line to the EV"...answer is...i did not get static electric effects. But know this, a recent NIH paper deduced that a 2 cm safety buffer zone from EMF effects is warranted when inside the EV while charging or being operated/driven and a 10 cm safety zone distance is recommended when standing outside the EV observing the charge etc..... Hope the pictures help....sunny day so there is plenty of light washout of the screens. Remember to press the center release button on the EV interface when full charge is complete....before removing the station charging cable and e-interface.
