What drivers have written
“Two dual-port CCS/CHAdeMO Level 3 units and one dual-port J-1772 Level 2 unit. Part of the Red-E network. 125 amps max. I maxed out at 36 kW. All units appeared operational but only unit 1 appeared online in the app. No issues starting with the Shell app. There are no restroom facilities nearby.” — Edwin Ward, a year ago
“Drive to Waterbury once a month, just found this station on the map last night. Downloaded the Red E app, and had no problem. First time on the app they collect credit card info, you can save it for future use. I don't have a lot of experience with public charging stations...only trick was the charging station cues you to plug in to start the session, but to avoid an error message you have to start at the app, and let the app tell you when to plug in. Fast charge, and the Black Cap Coffee and Bakery is just a 2 minute walk away. As usual, app tracks charging process. This will be my station from now on.” — Jeff Woodruff, 2 months ago
“It's listed as a public charge on Fords search site and seemed to be on Google maps as well but when we tried to use it, it only gives the option for an RFID card. We tried using the credit card machine, didn't work, tried tap to pay thinking that was what they meant by rfid but it says no account. We called the number on the machine and paid by debit card over the phone but they said the owners of these machines don't use the debit/credit machines on the chargers and rfid is for their people only (employees of that building or customers with some kind of account, no idea???). We were able to charge after calling the support company and it costs .48 per kwh. The support company was nice but the owners need to remove it from the list of public chargers if it's not accessible by debit/credit card.” — Jamie E, 7 months ago
