What drivers have written
“When I arrived on a Friday there were 2 chargers available but one was out of service. The second one was in service however the credit card swipe did not work after several unsuccessful attempts. I instead scanned the QR code and was taken to a quick landing page that auto filled quickly and was able to start the charger and get a successful charge quickly.” — Matt, a year ago
“I've been loving this charger since I got my EV a month ago- it has been fast, free, and easy to use. Tonight changed my mind. It's not free any more. I don't mind paying- but it would not accept any charge card I had. It also wanted to reserve $50 on whatever card I used, even though my car would not need nearly that much at $.05 per KWH. There are other places to charge- I won't bother with this one next time. Note: whatever the problem was, as of Nov. 1 it is fixed. I successfully charged today with no issues at all. I love that it is next door to Arby's, especially on a chilly day! If this continues, I'd rate it at 5 stars---- Note #2: Tried to charge again on Nov. 5. I had to call the help number and give my card info over the phone. Apparently there is a known issue with the card reader. It would be lovely if they would fix it. This is very annoying!” — Judy Phillips, 10 months ago
“2025 silverado ev that's a big one truck and omg electric or gas it still guzzles it down just like the lid tvs I'm gonna wait a few years till price goes down and they get a better handle on the overall cost, storage and kilowatt per mile I'll stick with my hybrid 50mpg kaka kia” — Samuel Rodriguez, a year ago
