“Went for a fist time to charge and needed to call support as the station would work. The agent wasn’t able to help. He told me that their was an issue with my new Tesla. Turned out that I had prepaid in the Flo app, but for some reason their is a delay between prepaying and the Charging Station recognizing the Paiment. So I paid again using the pad on the charging station, there was never a problem with my car. “So frustrating! So I have a VW ID.4, never have issues at other Flo charging stations but the one here is extra fancy, a 350 kWh charger. My car should support 130kw charging but no matter how full or empty I am when I charge, this station never gives me more than 40 kW ! Also make sure you plug in your car before trying to start the charge or it will fail. Given how expensive it is to charge here I would say don’t bother! “Used the 320 kw charger. Started out at 47% charge and went to 238 kw charging speed. It dropped to 129 after it hit 60%.
