“If you want to struggle connecting the plug in frigid temps for over a half hour when your car is in need of charging, this is your place. Mercedes-Benz doesn’t provide adequate space to reach the charger if your plug is on the front driver’s side. If they kept both adjacent parking spots open this would resolve the problem. But clearly they don’t care about charging customers. The imagine pulling up to a gas station with 1/4 tank of gas to find the pumps don’t work knowing the surrounding infrastructure is just as sketchy in Waukesha county? This is the state electric car charging in this area especially when you desire fast charging and don’t have an hour plus to waste on mediocre unreliable chargers like this one. This is highly frustrating when I needed to charge in frigid temps. I spent over 30 minutes repositioning my car to try and find some way to charge while I froze my hands fighting with the plug. Next time I will drive the extra 14 miles round trip for a reliable Electrify America charger.
