“My vehicle is TVS IQUBE. I reached the charging station and tried the power outlet charger. I recharged my chargemod interface with 200 rupees and scanned the QR code on the charging outlet. I plugged in my charger's connector and initiated charging. But my charger is not turning on. It says that charger disconnected in the application. I tried to charge with all 3 power outlets. All attempts failed. Then decided to contact the coustomer care. It took me 3 phone calls to get the contact of chargemod executive and they are helpful. But still not able to charge. One of the power outlet is visibly broken and burnt. Coustomer care executive said to connect to a particular outlet but that outlet is not turning on. It was working when I reached there. But after an attempt to charge it went offline. And i spent around 30minutes in that power station to charge my vehicle and it was a failure. It was at night around 11pm. My vehicle has only 5% charge. So i decided to go to nearby restaurant and begged them to plug in my charger for few minutes. Am from Calicut and i was expecting a smooth ride but it ended up stressed and disappointed. So i would like to experience hustle free charging in future.” — Shaad ismail, a year ago
